It is amazing how weather can change from day to day! Thankfully for Melanie and Randy the weather co-operated for them, considering the evening before we received such a tremendous downpour!

The ceremony was outside at Baker’s Narrows, and was simply beautiful. And even though the grass was very wet from the rain, we were able to find many spots for some beautiful shots. We also took a drive down North Star Road for a few more.¬† We even had one of those notorious “photo bombers” (you all know, that one person who always wants to pop into your photos) during out portraits. Gotta love when that happens don’t you! I added a collage just so you can see what I mean! (lol….we definitely¬† got the giggles during those ones!)

Melanie and Randy, I wish you two a lifetime of happiness, your love for each other just beams in these images. Thank you again for letting me capture your day, I truly enjoyed the day and hope you like your sneak peek!

I so enjoyed my time tonight spent with Vicki, Eric and family! The rain quit this afternoon, so it ended up being wonderful out. Faryn is off to school soon, so I know these will mean so much to them! Couldn’t wait to get a few up tonight!

Thanks again guys, and hope you like your sneak peek!

Alec {newborn, 3 wks}

July 27, 2011

Today I had the pleasure of meeting sweet little Alec. He is such a beautiful precious baby. It took a little bit to get him cozy and sleepy but once he was out we got some adorable images. And the ones with big brother Asher, well you can see they turned out WONDERFUL! Asher did a great job! I also got to use my new little lion hat, which I new would be so cute on him!

Here are a few favorites! I can’t wait to see Alec grow!

Outdoor weddings are always so beautiful! Though you always have to keep the weather in mind. But for Rachele and Erik’s big day the weather was GORGEOUS! The day went so smoothly (I am always so thankful when bride’s have a time line and lists!). The ceremony was officiated by the groom’s father, which makes it even that more special. Rachele and Erik’s puppy also attended, dressed to the 9′s! The bouquets were just gorgeous!

The hall was decorated so beautifully, and the meal was amazing. The first dance was PERFECT! It started out with a traditional slow dance, but midway the couple broke into a dance they choreographed to entertain their guests! Erik also brought his Harley for some pics, but I have to admit the rumble of the bike scared the heck out of me while I was taking some detail shots, lol! The day was just amazing and I am so happy I got to capture it for them.

Rachele and Erik, I wish you all the best always and have an amazing time on your honeymoon! I hope you like your sneak peek, I had a hard time narrowing them down! Congrats again and enjoy your sneak peek!

I enjoyed the evening with Rhianne and her friends last week. They got together for some fun casual shots the night before their Graduation. Its so nice to have images like these, and I think back on my own graduation (wow, so long ago!) and remember how important those friendships are in your lives, and continue to be!

Congrats again everyone and hope your Graduation was one you will always cherish, best of luck in the future!

Just a few favs!

Madden {4 months}

July 6, 2011

I always find it amazing how much a little one can change from when I see them at the newborn session! Little Madden is getting so big! What a little pumpkin! He was a bit serious at the beginning, but we did manage to get a few big smiles along the way!

A little sneak peek! Enjoy!
